Team building is essential for employees to improve upon their collaboration in the workplace.  Sports offers many similar skill sets and competencies associated with business and the work environment. 

TEAM BUILDING EVENTS

Our multi sport activities are designed to use sport as a way to challenge employers/ employees, in a fun, safe, non threatening environment where they can interact socially and develop competencies that are transferable to their workplace.

Premier Sports Leagues provides all the sport specific equipment, instructor/referee and work with the employer to find and rent a gym facility.

GOALS

• introduce employees/ staff to new types of sports that are easy to learn and easy to play and safe
• mix and match players (employees/ staff) into teams for a series of mini games or competitions, ensuring the skill levels are balanced
• incorporating "play action challenges" that mimic that of the workplace to get teammates/ players to work together to overcome obstacles, celebrate success and have fun doing it
• work with the employer to explore other sports programs and any future opportunities for more regular play in a private league
